"BUYER BEWARE! The reviews stating that the managment fails to respond are sadly true. I'd suggest avoiding this property. I'm attempting to get an issue resolved for a unit we rented while our daughter was in medical treatment in the area. Our unit developed black mold in the ac unit, we had a month to month lease and the space was unsafe to live in. We moved out by the end of the month and they billed us incorrectly for time that we did not live there. FYI, I've made 5 calls and sent 3 emails regarding the issue. I'm simply asking them to correct their error and provide us with a letter stating there is not a balance due. We will not be paying for time we did not occupy the apartment. Once I have a resolution, I'll post an update. If I do not get an appropriate resolution, I'll also post the contact # for the attorney as well as the state agency that provides support for tenant disputes. I understand that errors happen, however, it's vital for a business to prioritze the value in resolving issues in a customer centric manner. We've had other friends at the clinic who've also lived here and had numerous problems...again, BUYER BEWARE."
"I am a new resident at the Sedona after comparing them to all other Apartments in the Westchase area. I have been a home owner for the last four years so I was initially less than excited about the thought of getting an apartment. After seeing the Sedona property I quickly became excited. The place resembles a top notch resort with the decor, pool, and grounds; it's absolutely beautiful. Tina Castanon set the tone and easily gave an amazing first impression with her upbeat personality and exuberant energy. I thought I had already found another apartment elsewhere because this one was initially out of my price range, but Tina worked hard to keep me informed of promotional offers which ultimately landed me a place at the best apartment complex in the area at an awesome rate. Safety is a huge concern because I have a 3 year old. After reading reviews from other places and comparing them with The Sedona, the choice was easy. If your looking for a nice safe place with luxury amenities then you found it at The Sedona."
