A beautiful community of people, beautiful grounds, and you are in walking distance of the most loving place on earth Gulfport. The staff at seaside are responsive too. If they added a hot tub it would be worth every cent."

"Laura, the leasing agent has become useless. She doesn't arrive until mid morning and leaves mid afternoon. She has stopped doing her daily check walks around the property, does not address the increased resident's concerns of filthiness in laundry rooms or general garbage scattered on property in grass and parking lots. In addition, the elevators are continually broken. Yet, there residents in wheelchairs and others that require use of a walker and cannot walk up and down steps. Change elevator maintenance companies if they can't fix it. Laura will be pleasant until you sign the lease, then the I don't care attitude begins."
