"They are simply amazing. They are affordable for single people, they keep all the grass cleaned and in perfect shape. They upkeep with the buildings as well, has fresh paint and windows, pressure wash the building too and anything that goes wrong they are quick to fix minor things. The view of the lake is soooo peaceful and gorgeous! No one bothers me. I never hear my neighbors through these cement walls."

"I have family members that own a place in this place. It's filled with old miserable people that think it's a country club, never seen such miserables. Can't have kids visit to see grandparents for a day, they are not allowed. Dogs, nope don't even think about it, unless you want to be nagged by the Stop and see your family and you'll be chased to the apartment to see who you are. miserables that mange this place are worse. Just collect the fees, don't speak, and be quiet. I understand it's Florida, but these people are just over the top. The apartments are 80-115k and you would think they are owned by millionaires. However, they will continue to take your fees. Just don't do anything except stay in your apartment, quietly and keep quiet. If you want a country club ,minus the people with money, atmosphere with old miserable retired nags, this is for you!!"

"We have lived here for 18 years & could not be happier. The people are friendly, welcoming, & take pride in ownership here. The office & maintenance staff are professional, yet warm. The grounds & pool are beautiful & very well kept. Paved sidewalks wind through the property - great for long walks to meditate or just enjoy the wildlife. The club house, exercise room, game room & library are clean & inviting. The community offers a variety of events year-round for residents to enjoy. Seminole Garden Apartments is a truly lovely place to call home."
