"On July 5th Stacey from Sailespoint Apt reached out to me in regards to Apt 307 which was available. She instructed me to fill out the application as I made wishes known I wanted to rent apartment.. There was some glitch that night as well as next day as I could not complete application..Twice I sent emails to Stacey..All I heard was Crickets.. No response at all..SMDH. So I gave up.. So get this ,3 weeks later she asks if she can help!!! Of course 307 was gone..Very ignorant and not looking out for me or U for that matter if u rented 307..Thanks for red flag Stacey as Not to rent from Sailespoint or Excuse me from You.."

"Have been a tenant here since March 2017. The apartments are quiet and well maintained, minus the standard "apartment" noise (hearing neighbors above/beside you). Maintenance has been handled quickly as needed, and the view is beautiful overlooking Bear Creek into the Intercoastal. With rent rising in the St Pete area, the price for a 1/1 fit in my budget and the utilities (water/trash/recycling) included in rent work out nicely."

"The best thing is the view and the water. Otherwise, my ceiling leaked on the first floor in 2 locations. My car was towed on the last day I was moved in, even though there were plenty of empty spots. Maintenance was spotty, and of the dozen or so times I called the emergency line, I received a call back only 3 times. Rent was grossly overpriced. I was only satisfied with select employees. Bert, the former manager, actually cared about employees but he's no longer there. Debating whether I'll ever rent another apartment, period."

"The apartments are right on the water and beautiful. Management has been helpful if any needs arise. Neighbors are nice. Quiet place. No complaints so far."

"Grossly overpriced is right on target. They keep buying properties, renovate them and then charge way over the top prices. I think they will price themselves out of the rental market soon."
