"Nightmare, do not put yourself through the abuse. The way they treat you here is inhumane. 2055 Corner Lake Dr. First year living here and my lease ends in February of 2024. This unit was advertised as “Renovated” For 1,300 with a 1,300 deposit. This unit has had more problems than all the places I’ve lived in my life combined. Upon moving in they give you a move in inspection form to complete within a week of moving in. Here were my items: 4 holes in the wall, Stove does not work, Sliding Glass doors do not close(DOOR TOO SMALL) hallway lights do not work, blinds cracked/ do not open/turn close, no freezer rack in new fridge, bathtub leaking from water main. All of the units near me were empty upon moving in and quickly filled up, I’ve watched 4 families pack up and leave shortly after moving in before the lease ended. I wonder why? BEES are coming out of the cracks of the ceilings. I have about 5 to 10 bees in my house everyday that I have to kill. Twice a month, people come around knocking on your door (sometimes didn’t even knock- just walked right in the unit) asking if they can spray for bugs or clean your AC filter. EVERY MONTH. CONSTANT HARASSMENT. The buildings are not insulated so during the colder months it drops down to 50 degrees in the unit. The water that comes out of faucets, showers, and laundry mat is a milky white substance, that’s caused me to break out in rashes. They have well water here but they don’t filter the water. I’ve answered to their every beck and call, but do not get the same respect back. Payed my rent in full on the 1st every month and never late. I FEEL OBLIGATED TO POST MY EXPERIENCE HERE BECAUSE I LEFT A 1,300 SECURITY DEPOSIT MANAGEMENT WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS REGARDING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT."

"A majority of the positive reviews are from people who haven’t even lived here yet just from the opening experiences but that’s how they get you. We have been here for almost a year and it’s been nothing but hell. The price you pay for no amenities. Constant issues with plumbing. Favoritism of certain residents and unprofessional service. You’re better off finding somewhere else to live especially compared to the price. Just wait till they kick you out your place so they can renovate and charge more like they have done to others. Not worth it being this far from everything and being in the woods with hardly any services."

Elizabeth helped us through the application process and was great and easy to work with. We can’t wait to move into our new apartment!"
