The community is very peaceful and the residents are super friendly. The maintenance staff is very helpful and polite.The city of Groveland is beautiful. The home we purchased was manufactured by Skyline. We had a few minor issues that you would expect from a new home. The Skyline service team came right out and took care of all the problems promptly. So far it has been a wonderful experience and would recommend this community. Thank you Cindy and your team !!!!"

"My husband and I visited our friends at the Club House for a karaoke night of song. The residents were fun , creative and very welcoming .The club house was very spacious. We had a wonderful night with our friends their neighbors! The grounds around the homes were beautifully kept . What a nice place to call home . Woodlands would be a great choice .
