"We have been Residents here for over 21 years, and have enjoyed the beauty, lifestyle, and the friendly neighbors. Most homes are well maintained and POA is extremely reasonable due to volunteers who due a great job with a excellent board who authorize justified repairs, maintenance, and improvements. It is one of the Villages of Citrus Hills, but is now completely INDEPENDENT of the CH Business bureaucracy and fees. The Lakes, Clubhouse, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Pool, grounds are well maintained! Social club events a real plus too."
