"The place LOOKS beautiful and pristine! Be cautious though! Not a great place to live! When I told my primary care physician, and others, what one gets “ written up here for” they concurred this place is a prison! The community and Company is Very controlling and Do Not support the well being of tenants! Instead of helping to resolve issues in a Civil manner by conversation they tell everyone to call the police! This is ridiculous! I have seen certain disabled people railroaded in this community! Now I understand the need for certain guidelines to keep the community looking nice But there is a limit! Too, yes it may have a nice appearance but do Not get caught feeding birds or wild life of Any type, unless you are an insider with “the office” because you will be written up! You get written up here for breathing! I would NOT recommend Anyone to live at ANY ConcordRents communities.... unless you do not mind being harassed!"
