"Been here two years, no maintenance have ever been done. No one comes to fix anything. Ac is out and they pour bleach in the ac unit. Black mold in ac ducts . Does not want to give ac filters on regular basis either. Plumbing problems all the time as the pipes need replaced and /or cleaned out completely. Counter tops coming apart. Kids run the neighborhood scratching up peoples cars. People steal your pet right out of your yard. People park in grass areas where there is not to be any parking. Not kid friendly as kids are harassed here. They trash the park and write vulgar things on park equipment. Water damage inside homes. Water damage inside garages. Landlord steals your rent money and then trys to evict you . No one deserves to live like this especially when low income as is . I have 2 children and pregnant and this neighborhood and this housing development are not safe or up to standards. Yard maintenance is never kept up. And no one ever answers the office phone . No one is ever in the office to talk to either as the office is always closed."

"One star because I cant leave a negative star. They never answer the phone. Trash and general inner city look/mentality await you. Yards are not kept up, many have holes, dirt, etc from kids and animals digging. Not a place I would want to go."
