"I’m on my 5th year of living here. My neighbors are wonderful but even more I feel like I live in a hotel with the best amenities including a state of the art gym with the best equipment (according to my doctor and physical therapist) and it’s clean because our community takes care of our surroundings. Looking around at other apartments that have recently been built I can quarantine you that Lakeside Walk did NOT cut corners on anything including countertops and cabinets as well as appliances!! The maintenance takes care of any issues both small and large quickly Take a tour and see for yourself"
"In early 2018, my wife and I decided to move to Florida to be nearer our kids and grandkids. We had been homeowners for 43 years and weren't sure if we wanted to buy a home or rent. We decided to rent for a short time just to see how we liked it. The thought was to buy a home in about a year after our move. It is now 2024...our sixth year living at Lakeside Walk and we have no desire to buy a home. We love it here...it is quiet and we do feel safer being off the main highway. We love the amenities...pool, gym, and clubhouse. Lydia, Kali, and Sabrina in the leasing office have been professional, helpful, and friendly. We intend on remaining at Lakeside Walk."
"Moved here a couple of months ago and I don’t ever want to leave. The maintenance guys respond fast and are extremely helpful. The grounds are Pristine and my dog loves the park. The pool is resort style and the gym is by far the best I’ve even been to. For those in previous reviews, I have had no issues with Kelly. She has been really sweet to me and extremely professional. She is on top of things which some people may not like but we ❤️. Love my neighbors and love the neighborhood"
