"Very unprofessional property management company. Be very careful as they will put an eviction on you when you moved out and your lease was up and you didn’t do anything wrong. More than a few people have experienced this from this place. Seriously beware. Would give ZERO stars if possible."

"DO NOT move here. There is trash everywhere, even outside of the compactor, where it’s supposed to be. Everyone here and their children don’t clean up after themselves. Walls are paper thin and I can constantly hear my upstairs neighbors having sex so loud it’s like construction is going on up there. The front lobby is unkempt. Management is incompetent and has accused me and my roommate of throwing trash outside of the trash bins even though we always pick up after ourselves. When we asked for proof, they said they couldn’t find it and redacted their statement. They’ve done this like two or three times now. When my roommate was at the hospital they threatened to kick us out within THREE DAYS for not paying rent even though we did. Again, we went to the front office, and realizing their claims were baseless, they stopped. For now, I’m sure. They are unreachable via the phone even during office hours and I know damn well they’re inside just chatting and twiddling their thumbs."

"If you currently rent here, don’t bother cleaning when you move out. They absolutely will not return your deposit. They will also lie to you about you getting it and ghost you. Management is dishonest."

"If I could leave zero stars. I would. It's the WORST place EVER to move into. You make any noise, the neighbors complain. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING in the thin walls. The management is POOr... They will put notices on your door for EVERYTHING..... Lots more to complain about. But I rather just you see for your self."

"Save your money, time and sanity from renting at this place. Every interaction with the office staff is unpleasant. Staff is very unfriendly. I've never had an issue with maintenance, however. They do "quarterly" checks on your apartment, which turn out to be at least every other month. Management changes every quarter, and it seems to be that maintenance is the same. Trash builds up at the compactor because residents have forgotten where it goes, and management did nothing about it for months until they started getting complaints. Pool has been closed down because "residents" have broken something. Rent elsewhere if possible."
