"My Mom is disabled and lives on a fixed income. It was Due to Circumstances TOTALLY out of our Control that she had to move to the apartments. This could be a REALLY Nice Place to Live!! IF that’s a BIG IF you like living in a Prison and/or Concentration Camp!! The Manager thinks she’s the Warden of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! Ms Geneva Is Obviously on a “Power Trip” she walks up and down the sidewalk, barking orders and complaints, leaving notes with anything she doesn’t approve of on doors, charging money to these People for things such as Cigarette Butts on the ground (even if they don’t smoke)…SHE Doesn’t CARE! It’s Still $5 per butt if it’s on the ground in front of your door! She conducts Monthly Home Inspections checking to see if everything inside including Bathroom, Stove and Refrigerator are clean and up to her standards! TOTAL INVASION of PRIVACY!! If a mini-blind breaks, you must purchase one from the Office at an Unbelievable $30 per blind! ABSOLUTELY RIPPING these PEOPLE OFF!! Kids must stay inside unless you are outside supervising each and every one of them! I could understand if they were 3 yrs old! But not teenagers… This woman is horrible! Let’s not forget though, She’s a Devout Christian! Her husband is a Minister and does the maintenance on the apartments. He is honestly a very helpful, pleasurable man to be around. He is NOTHING like his EVIL WIFE!!! Seriously this woman is the Spawn of Satan!! She is always talking about the apartments selling, Section 8 being taken away, and overall not knowing from month to month just what might happen with them. Which keeps My Mom and the. Majority of everyone living there on edge!! My Mom has been a Nervous Wreck for 2 years because of all of this Nonsense!!! The people living there pay their rent! They abide by the rules set by the female version of “Hitler”! Leave them ALONE!!! You are a Weak Evil Woman… Go Harass people that deserve it! Not people simply trying to Survive! I’m pretty sure you’re going to need a lot of forgiveness before entering those Pearly Gates! Remember we are held accountable for every tear shed which has been caused by our actions. Therefore Ms Geneva idk if there’s enough time in your life to repent for the evil harassment you’ve done to these people! I’ll pray for you!"
