"If you are looking for apartments in the Panama City/Lynn Haven area, these are a wonderful place to live in. The management team are compassionate, hardworking and genuinely care about the people that live there. You are close to lots of great eateries as well as being in a great school zone. When I needed help with my apartment, the staff were quick and efficient. They have plenty of gatherings to help the community get to know each other and bond. Also, they have held plenty of contests to bring a sort of creative and playful nature to the apartments. I have lived in various places before and this is the first time I have truly felt that my apartment complex cares for me as a person as much as a customer). Again, if you are thinking of moving here, do it! Kind neighbors and wonderful management team."

He genuinely cares about the residents here and we can always depend on him. We all know Austin will resolve whatever work needs to be done. All of the staff are exceptional representatives of your corporation. They are professional yet they treat us like family. Truly a joy to live here."

"I've only been living here for around a month, but from what I can tell the apartments and area are well maintained, the staff is friendly, and if you have any issues they fix them. They have lawncare, laundry on site, a workout center, and are centrally located to a lot of restaurants. After I moved in, the faucet in the shower started leaking. Lawrence came out immediately to fix it. He told me what the problem most likely was, and walked me through what he was doing when fixing it. Even though the apartments are old, it is well worth the price for the location and what services are provided."
