"I lived here from summer 21-22. It’s in a great location close to everything. My interactions with the staff were positive. Appliances in the apartment unit I was in weren’t of the same quality as the one we were shown before signing. There was a drastic increase in monthly rent to sign a new lease so we looked elsewhere. If you’re wondering why I waited all this time to comment, here’s the answer. I don’t brag about many things but I am immaculately clean and when we moved out there was only one small spot in a wall that needed repair from an incorrectly hung bracket. I’ll give you that, all day. BUT THEY TOOK OUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT. THEN, if that wasn’t enough, they charged us $23.80 for something unnecessary that I can’t remember. I was angry and didn’t pay because I felt wronged in them keeping my deposit. THIS MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY TURNED MY $23 OVER TO COLLECTIONS. I cannot caution you enough about reading the fine print and listening to residents before you sign on that dotted line."

"We just moved in today. Let me start with our preleasing experience. Meko was just awesome with us! She took us on a very complete tour of the facilities and a few different apartment models. She let us know that the rates were expect to increase soon, and in fact they did, so we are glad we locked the rate with our deposit at that time. So glad she let us know about the upcoming rate change. She also worked with us with a flexible move in day since we still needed to find tenants for our house. The timing worked out perfectly, thanks to the flexibility while still being locked on the lower rent rate. Once we provided Meko with all documentation via email, she sent us all the digital forms to sign. Everything was prefilled and accurate, it was easy to sign and return. Our move date, today, was also very smooth and quick so that we could start with our move. She was ready for us and always greeted us with a welcoming smile. The apartment was clean and ready for us. 2 thumbs up!"

"Great location! Office staff and maintenance have been top notch. The grounds are well maintained, and the floor plan of my apartment was really thought out with a beautiful presentation. The amenities, especially the gym are amazing! I give Renaissance all the stars!"

"I’ve lived in this complex for 2 years with my family. (Wife and 2 kids.) It is extremely safe and the staff is always helpful. The amenities are always clean and the gym is HUGE. Highly recommend!"

"Nice building, poor upkeep and poor management. Had lots of hiccups with the property staff pertaining to continuous plumping issues in my unit. Lots of system errors, overcharges, and excuses for poor service/performance. Maintenance also entered apartment without notice and without reason on at least two occasions. Security system-gates do not work either; elevator needs servicing Just an average apartment with luxury prices and cool features that are inoperable most of the time."
