"Would give a 0 star review if I could. They completely tricked me, did my taxes without telling me when all I wanted was my AGI. Waiting on my money still, but I know it’s less than H&R Block says I was getting back."

"Not a good experience. All I needed was my AGI from last year 2022 tax return. I was tricked into letting them do my taxes. Did not mention any kind of fee. I was charged a fee Tevon Shaw did my taxes. My information is wrong on my copy I printed the checking account number and routing number is incorrect. I have tried numerous times to reach him and unable to talk to him and will not call me back my copies show a refund but I don't know if I will get it or not because of the wrong information. This is my first and last time I will ever do business with this place. I feel like this is scamming people and fraud."

"Filed my taxes completely wrong. Won't respond back to my calls. I have asked to speak to manager and no one will calle to fix things. I have called for the last three days to get things fixed and nothing. WILL NOT USE EVER AGAIN! NOT TO MENTION THE OUTRAGEOUS FEES THEY DONT MENTION.
