"I went there like a week ago for a pain and when ai get there they had to make me a root canal. The attention was really good and the Dr. as the assistant they were really nice to me. They have a great costumer service and everything was so clean and organized. I didn’t had more pain as soon as they finish, I’m so happy to went there, they take all the necessary measures in relation of the COVID-19 I really recommend it"

"I went today 10/10/2020 for my follow up appointment. When I arrived, I noticed that the receptionist was not wearing a face mask. She was talking to other employees very close and didn’t keep social distancing. They didn’t even check any patient’s temperature or ask for possible COVID-19 symptoms or exposure.There were 4 people in the waiting room and none of them was interrogated about possible exposure or had a temperature check. If they are not following those simple measures, I can’t imagine how they are managing the equipment or the sanitation of the office. When the assistant took me to the chair to start my dental cleaning, I asked her why they weren’t checking patients temperature, she brought a thermometer and checked mine but looked at me like if I was asking for something crazy or unnecessary. I am not the kind of patient that complains for irrelevant things. I have a little baby boy at home and my responsibility is taking care of me and my family. I left the office immediately, because I didn’t feel safe. We are In the middle of a pandemy that has killed 1 million of people around the world. I think that in a dental office were there is a direct contact with patients secretions and saliva, that is unacceptable and irresponsible. I am not coming back."
