The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made my mind at ease about that issues I was having. Mine was a root canal, I don't know if they do normal dental things. I am very claustrophobic but she took the time to explain my options and because of her kindness, professionalism, and patience I was able to proceed. I chose to have a mild gas that allowed me to feel safe. Dr Bradshaw fixed my large molar and cavity with no pain! She was exceptionally kind and I am out of pain and so relieved. I have always had a difficult time with any dental work. When it was time for my first root canal, I was terrified. I was recommended to Dr. Bradshaw and Palm Beach Endo and forever grateful I found them. First and most importantly, it was painless. Yes, even their skill at doing the initial numbing process was painless. The bedside manner was amazing! Totally made me comfortable throughout the entire process. I actually learned a lot as Dr. Bradshaw explained each step of the way making sure I was comfortable. Truthfully, I didn’t expect the process to be so easy and pain free. The experience was great beyond words from the minute I walked in the door. The lobby was clean and inviting; the staff was courteous and helpful.
