Never heard back from her, will not return any of our calls just basically fell off the face of the Earth really left us in a huge predicament. Would definitely not recommend if they're even still open. Would give no stars if possible."

"The owners confidence is through the roof as to what she can do for you but trying to get her to call you back is a whole different story. I can't tell you how stressful it was trying to get in touch with nicole to get my taxes done and file a offer of compromise. Long story short I finally gave up trying to get my taxes and offer and compromise done because I couldn't get her to call me back. She kept saying it's ok we got this, but I ended up getting a lean on my property from IRS and decided to give my business to another company. I made a mistake by sending original receipts to this company cause now they won't send my receipts back to me. I asked several times and no reply over and again. Currently seeking legal action in Hope's that I can get my property back"
