"My initial visit with her was great. She was thorough and reviewed my files before seeing me. She did special tests, but she didn't continue any follow-up appointment. My PCD referred me back to her about food allergies she didn't do any test for the referral but instead ordered a test that wasn't necessary and she coded it wrong so my Medicare didn't cover it. I addressed this several times with no resolve from them. I was fortunate I have Tri-Care for Life, and they stepped up to cover the 80% of the bill that Medicare wouldn't cover because of the code for the test they considered un necessary. Be careful with billing and chec that your insurance will cover whatever she orders. She had also ordered steroid medicine that i really shouldn't take, and my Tri-Care Express scripts didn't cover. Fortunately, I knew to have them check with them 1st and discovered the RX wasn't covered before they put the order through. Otherwise, she is a good Dr."

"I had a 2.5 hour wait as others have mentioned and the doctor did not feel that was worthy of acknowledgement or apology. The office was not busy and no one had come and gone in over an hour by the time I was seen. The staff didn't acknowledge or address the wait and it was clear that this is the norm for the office. The doctor did leave the room to go talk to her front desk staff to ensure they'd told me to EXPECT a two hour wait. But if that had been made clear to me I wouldn't have waited for an appointment here. The time with the doctor was tense and uncomfortable and a complete waste of my time because of this. No one followed up on the test results that came through the portal and when I reached out to them they just asked to confirm my mailing address so that they can "send me literature". It's so important to have healthcare providers you can trust and feel confident in. I did not get that here from the staff or doctor. Doctor Chandrahasa, people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. Please check my other reviews. I don't take a poor review lightly and seldom give them."
