"TAX FRAUD ALERT! Way overcharged me. More than they quoted me originally. I still haven’t received my tax return and when I call them during business hours, no one answers. I think this place is a fraud front. Chris is rude and very unhelpful. Please do not use this “company”. I don’t know if I’ll ever see my tax return and that’s $ I worked hard for. I think this place is run by one person. Update: so the IRS sent me paperwork finally explaining why I haven’t received my refund yet (it’s almost November you guys) and basically, instant tax solutions didn’t submit my 1095a or the healthcare exemption form. I definitely sent that information to Chris. So he charged me $400 and didn’t submit the most basic forms required to process my refund in a timely manner. I am now working with another accountant and come to find out - Chris committed tax fraud on my return. That’s how he was able to promise me “the biggest possible return”. But now it all needs to be corrected at an additional fee. I can’t stress this enough - do not use these guys. They are crooks."
