"Wicks, Brown, Williams and Co are not professional, so buyer beware. My 78 year old mother, who had been working with them for the past 5 years after my father passed, was not told her taxes had not been filed. She does not know much about accounting and was trusting the professionalism of her hired CPA's. When I acted surprised, after calling and asking if they were interested in continuing to do her returns, I was told that they were not planning on working with her, and her returns needed to be filed in a little over 10 weeks. Good luck. What they lack in loyalty and professionalism the make up for in arrogance and apathy."
