"My experience at this place was strange. Grace is either too busy or just lazy. I called early Feb 2023 to setup book keeping and change tax classification for my company. Wasn't able to get an appointment until the end of Feb. Met for about an hour to get all my info into their system and allow access to my quickbooks. Grace said she would take care of the initial setup and then hand off to another book keeper in the office. Didn't hear anything back for a couple of weeks so I sent an email to Grace to see how things were progressing...never got a response. Checked into my quickbooks account to see what work had been completed...still nothing. Over the next 2 weeks I left multiple messages with the receptionist and emails for Grace to just get back to me....no replies. Not only did Grace do zero work on my book keeping but she also missed the mid-March deadline for my tax classification to be submitted. I just wish she would have been more upfront and not wasted my time if she was incapable of doing the work. Awful experience."
