They take no accountability and Ken prefers to hang up on me rather than discussing the issues that they created. I would never recommend them to anyone that needs a competent accountant"

"This is the first tax year using them for our business taxes. I found them unresponsive, haphazard and sloppy when dealing with my tax preparation. The 1099s were delivered more than 3 weeks late and then were incomplete. I tried to contact Mr. Siegel 3 times prior to end of year to make sure they had everything they needed to procede with tax preparation and finally on the 4th call after January 9th I was told we would be last in line despite my attempts to contact them sooner. I am very disappointed and would absolutely not recommended them to anyone. Not good customer service at all."
