"I’m sorry but this is a joke. This place could be a good dentist office, but the front desk needs to improve their service. First of all It took me half an hour and 3 calls to book an appointment. I called 3 times, 2 times they put me on hold for 10+ minutes and forgot about me! The 3rd time they pick up I tell them what happened and I got the rudest response, no apology or anything. They make you feel like they’re doing a favor to you by answering your call. Just straight up rude. Then I finally make an appointment and they told me they going to call me with a confirmation to confirm I have that spot reserved. They called and left me a voicemail in Spanish…. I don’t speak Spanish. Why would they do that? I needed to ask someone to translate because I did not understand a word of the voicemail. What an absolute circus… I’m willing to change my review in exchange for an apology because this is not how they should treat. Returning customer."
