"I’ve been going to this clinic for 16 years to see Dr. Esposito and Jenny! They are simply the best!!!!! However, the clinic itself went from 5 stars below 0! There is constant cancellation and rescheduling of appointments, they can call you at 4.30 pm to let you know that your 9 am appointment won’t happen. Forget about all the arrangements you made with job, kids, family and everything else. But they require you to give them 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it to avoid 30$ cancellation charge. This time I specifically asked for Jenny to do my cleaning. They scheduled me with other hygienist who took me 40 minutes later of my scheduled time……. I want to thank Dr. Esposito and Jenny for everything they have done for me over those 16 years. They are best of the best and they deserved a much better place to work at."

"The worst dentist services in Miami beach. 0 stars whatsoever. The office is old, dirty, staff members are unqualified, poorly trained, rude and unprofessional. Teeth cleanings are just terrible, inferior, as you wouldn’t even had had one, do not even bother doing your yearly cleanings in here because it’s a waste of time and money. And BE AWARE they do not sneakily overcharge you, they love to add services without your knowledge and charge you for something you were not aware of!!!! Just skip this place altogether!!!!"

"Found this dentist through my insurance portal and I wish I’d checked these reviews before waisting my time. I had a new patient appointment scheduled and they called me that morning asking if I could come in earlier since they had a cancellation. I came in at the new time, yet I wasn’t taken back until an hour later - only after I complained and threatened to leave. Then I get a ton of X-rays taken and the dentist comes in to look at my teeth and ask if I have concerns. He said I just needed a basic cleaning and I was expecting for the cleaning to start after (at this point I’d been there for 1 hr 45 min). Then one of the front desk ladies come in the room to quote me over $400 for a night guard and to tell me that the cleaning will be $35 with my insurance. She then says the next available appt is a week away b/c “the hygienist” is on a different schedule. I have never, ever been to a dentist that doesn’t do the cleaning the initial appointment and had I know I would have never booked with them. I will not be returning and will be looking for a new office. Complete waste of time in an old, dingy office suite."
