"I was SHOCKED to learn that Diane the hygienist had brutalized my husband's mouth and insulted him while "deep-cleaning" his teeth. But, to top it all off, she sent him home with a bag containing the BLOODY toothbrush and toothpick she had used during his cleaning. My husband called the experience "too dramatic." I called it horrifyingly unprofessional and unhygienic."
