"I got my six month smiles treatment here with Dr. Ogunleye who at some point along the journey decided she was not a fan of mine. Maybe because I pointed out the incompetence from the revolving door of dental assistants in her office. Those whom will be doing basically your entire treatment by the way. I saw the Dr very few times in the year and a half of my treatment, and when I did she always had a huge attitude. The best part of it all is she never even saw my teeth after my braces were removed. Not even once, that's how much she cares. One month when I came in for a routine check up to tighten my braces the assistant put my rubber bands back in without putting the wire back on. I was without my wire on for about a week, undoing the current progress that was made. Of course I was not apologized to just given more attitude. My advice is to go to a real Orthodontist who cares and doesn't have such a toxic work environment for her employees. The only people worth anything in that office is the dental hygienist (she's amazing) and the poor receptionist that has to work under that. Also my permanent retainer which has "warranty" if it breaks and should be put back on for free broke (within the year) and surprise surprise they weren't able to put it back on. Even when I brought the piece in as you’re instructed to do. Proceed at your own risk."

"I have come to this Dental practice on 2 separate occasions. I normally don’t write reviews but I hope to spare someone the pain and waste of money I experienced. I sought them out because I am a woman and admire women in business. Their staff is very unprofessional. 1. I called and made an appointment where I told the receptionist I am in extreme pain & need doctor attention immediately. She asked what I would like to be booked for & I said, if you have to make 2 appointment slots I don’t mind paying as this is the worst pain I’ve felt in my life. 2. When I had the appointment the tech did NOT take X-rays. She advised the doctor I was getting a fill. This was based off of an X-ray I did during Covid 2 YEARS AGO. Due to the anesthesia, I didn’t feel anything in my mouth but when I was leaving the office I said- I still have the splitting pain & feel a hole in my mouth. I was brushed off & told “there isn’t a hole anymore, you don’t feel that” 3. Once the anesthesia wore off, the headache was twice as bad. I drove back to the Doctor and insisted she take a look. Only after that did she say “OH WOW YOUR TOOTH IS BROKEN! I’m surprised you’re able to function” and quickly prescribed medicine…that was heartbreaking for me that I had to come all the way back to miami to plead for medical attention. 4. She asked and reviewed the notes with the staff and realized anesthesia and directions were applied without due diligence, they worked on THE WRONG TOOTH. 5. I was told by the receptionist I didn’t have insurance which resulted in a $350 bill FOR THE WRONG SERVICE a different dentist used my insurance and I only had to pay $32 out of pocket! I have gone to 2 different dentists in south Florida. BOTH took X-rays before making any steps. BOTH listened to what took place and were alarmed that anesthesia and services were administered prior to an X RAY. It took a different practice 5 minutes to confirm I had GREAT dental coverage & informed me I should confirm not being double billed. The pain and lack of medical professionalism is a SHAME! I am so heartbroken as I am a professional woman of color and wanted to support their business however, I am beyond disgusted with the way I was treated."

"I got the opportunity to gain major confidence thanks to Dr. Shehadeh, she was amazing from start to finish. I drove from CENTRAL GA. area to Miami to get my teeth corrected, I knew I wanted to get veneers and I didn’t want to settle on just anyone doing it, after lots of research I finally started my journey. Amazingly it took only two trips to Miami to achieve the results I wanted. The quality of work in that office is impeccable. The staff was amazing. I appreciate everyone I came in contact with, Dr. Amira, Leslie, Claudia, Felipe, Raul and most of all Dr Shehadeh, thank you all so much for keeping me comfortable and helping me build more confidence through my smile."

"Wanted to write a quick review on Beautiful Smiles. I was in town for a quick weekend trip. I was at lunch and bit into something and my tooth didn’t feel right. I googled a dentist in Area. A lady answered the phone, I think her name was Leslie. She was super pleasant and said she would ask the doctor if they could squeeze me. After being on hold less than 2 min I was told to be there by 4pm to fill out paper work. Got to office and was seen in less than 5 min. The assistant took an X-ray and then I met Dr A and she was phenomenal! Her energy was like none other, I was expecting an old dentist to be honest but not only was she amazing, she was stunning. The essence of girl power!!! I told her thanks for squeezing me in although she didn’t have to but I wanted to enjoy my weekend. She was gentle, and spot on with my fix. I live in Atlanta but definitely considering flying back for my routine dental care. Thank you again for the A+ service!"
