"I have never had any issues when it comes to this dentist office until today. There was a miscommunication when it came to getting my night guards done and when I went to the office to pick up the bottom part (which I was under the impression that I needed top and bottom but come to find out I didn’t need both) I was met by a guy who was extremely rude towards me when I was asking questions about the pricing and what it is I needed. I never dealt with this guy before and he kept cutting me off every time I spoke so I asked to speak to the young lady who I always talk to so she can better explain it for me to understand. I guess he didn’t like that but he went and brought her to the front desk and stood next to her with his arms crossed as I was speaking to her. She was nice as usual but he wouldn’t let her talk either. As she was trying to explain the process to me he kept cutting her off as well as if he just needed to be involved and heard. I gave her my card to pay the tab and she told me that if I didn’t want the bottom I didn’t have to take them and be charged so I said fine and as she goes to give me my card back he inserts himself and grabs the card from her and hands it to me in a rude manner as if he was trying to rush me out the door. I don’t know who he is but he was unprofessionally dressed to be up front dealing with clients in a dirty super long white tshirt, baggy jeans and a baseball cap. I was super offended by his tone and actions and will never deal with him in that office ever again. I usually get great service but today was different. His customer service sucks and he’s VERY unprofessional."

"WOW just WOW!!!! if you hate the dentist and have anxiety like I do then this is where you want to come. From walking in everyone was so nice and helpful. The dentist is just the kindest. I have put off the dentist for 10 years due to anxiety but I am so happy to have found this office,staff and dentist. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much! My family goes here now as well, we are all big chickens when it comes to the dentist and we all have had a wonderful experience."
