"My son just finished his treatment and his smile is gorgeous! I am beyond pleased with the results! Got another two years to go for my younger son who just began his treatment recently. I am confident the results will be great as well. I highly recommend this orthodontist. The front desk staff on the other hand… is just awful. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. The receptionist who goes by “D” is extremely rude. From the receptionist to the lady who schedules your appointments, dreadful to deal with. However, it is very difficult to get decent and competent help nowadays so I sympathize. Dr. Rodriguez, his practitioners, and his office manager are the best which are the ones who matter! In my opinion and experience his rude and unpleasant front desk staff are a small price to pay for the amazing results you will get!!!"
