"The only reason to go to this office is to 1) be tortured by his staff, 2) be spoken to like a dog and 3) never get a return phone call, among many other reasons. He is very quiet and soft spoken but don't let that fool you. He's all about the money and that's not what being a professional is all about."
"This practice was worth the drive I took to get there! Dr Ruiz truly cares about his patients. He has helped me in more ways than I can describe in this one review. I lost a front tooth. I cracked it. He did everything in his power to help me all the way up in through getting the implant and coming back to his office for the final crown. He has been so helpful to me over the years. I would recommend him to anyone in my family or friend circle. And for the record I do not speak any Spanish and Dr. Ruiz and his staff have had no problem communicating with me."

"First and last, this office staff are cold and unprofessional. I took my daughter to this messy office because some of the reviews read were ok, but I am not sure who posted it because they change my daughter to another room without telling me, the lady who started working on her was not the same one who she end it up the cleaning, which the only thing they did was a seal in one permanent, they did not did a prophylaxis (dental cleaning) eventhough I asked the lady why did she not do a prophylaxis and she game me an entire stupid story, Im sure they charge the insurance for something they did not do. Worst place ever, they dont even speak english."
