"Sanitas Dental is the worst dental experience I've ever had. They keep you waiting for over 2 hours and by time you're seen, it's over 3 hours without telling you why you've waited so long. Whey you try to find out what's going on, no one speak English you can understand. When you see the dentist, she's insensitive with no bedside manners and hardly speak English either. She's rough, jamming sharp implements into your teeth trying to create problems so she can fix them. Then starts telling you how you need to remove & replace old fillings and crowns. Of course, she's creating work for herself! Dentists these days a so unscrupulous! They also force you into having a plan to do unnecessary work. They don't allow you to have a check up and clean your teeth. I take the utmost care of my teeth and try to avoid these people. Dentists are just not the same anymore."
"This dentist is great. All of the staff is friendly and dentist is so gentle and kind. He takes his time with you. It’s so nice, I’ve been places where they are just constantly trying to up-sell you. Some places require their hygienist to spend only 30 min max with you - it’s not the case here! Hi This office truly is patient centered. Dr. Is conservative and not pushing you to buy things or do work you really don’t need. It’s clean and feels safe. Our family highly recommends!"
