"I can’t begin to tell you about my absolutely wonderful experience I had at this office. I was in Miami for a wedding and ended up having a dental emergency. A veneer on my front tooth popped off and I was mortified. I asked a cousin of ours who lives in Boca about where she goes and she mentioned this place. I took her advice and called after going to place that I was not too fond of in Miami by my hotel. They got me into their jam packed day without blinking an eye. The front desk was so kind and so was all the staff including the very kind dentist Dr. Antonio Maceda-Johnson. I am in the dental field and have been for many years, so I know quality in dentistry. He took his time and made sure everything was to his standards and PERFECT! I felt like giving everyone a huge hug when it was time to leave because I felt like they took care of me like I was family. I recommend them hands down to anyone that is looking for a dentist with good ethics and good quality. Thank you 5th avenue dental, you saved me!"

"I love this place & the staff so much!! I’ve been considering veneers for a few years due to a discolored filling from when I was little and this team made the whole process so easy and I love the results! Everyone here is so welcoming & kind from my first teeth cleaning all the way through the my final veneer appointment. They made me so comfortable & answered all my questions. "I can’t say enough about how lucky I was to find this place . The minute I walked in I felt welcome and they have new tools unlike many other places. I met with Dr forester and his staff and they were very understanding to my needs and came up with what I needed to have done . I didn’t know that my teeth were in the bad stages and I had to have two teeth removed . The day I came in to do the procedure I was very hesitant because i hate feeling pain in my mouth . They did what they said , I felt no pain at all throughout the whole thing. Dr forester even called me later that night to check in on me . This is my go to office for my dental needs and I would recommend them to anyone that asked . Thanks again"

"The best teeth cleaning by Jon that I ever had in my life?? I brought also my kids and nobody was disappointed. Jon and Cathy are adorable and very professional and gentle. Dr Silva is very professional and sweet, she recommended me exactly what I need to reaching a beautiful smiles . I can’t wait to start the treatments. The front desk is also nice and kind which is rare on doctors office on these days .."

"I hadn't been to the dentist in 20 years. As you can imagine, there was a lot of build up of tartar and bacteria behind my teeth. I couldn't see it, couldn't feel it, but it was there. I just never took it seriously because the front of my teeth I thought looked OK. The reason I'm writing this review, is that the hygienist, John, was just amazing. First of all, he's an overall nice guy. Second, he's fantastic at explaining what is happening in layman's terms, and what will happen if you don't get your act together. Doesn't come across as scolding, he's just telling you in a way that sounds like it's coming from a friend. He just really treated me the way that I want to be treated as a patient. Thirdly, he's very very good at what he does. I had a "deep cleaning", obviously. Remember, it had been 20 years. He was nimble, efficient, extremely thorough, and an overall pro. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get their teeth back on the right track. Also, the office was nice, clean, very professional. An honorable mention goes out to Genessi, the patient care coordinator also. She was also great and made the experience of going to the dentist surprisingly pleasant.
