"Put in to Insurance procedures that were not done and got paid for them ! Charged for something I was told I was covered for but they keep putting in wrong information! Because I called Insurance company about this I was yelled at , and told not to come back to finish the job ! Very sad because Dr Emily Hardin was great and a lot of money was lost at your company ! Yes my insurance company sent me someplace else and got my work finished in a friendly office"

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vital Dental Center for a routine dental checkup, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who made me feel at ease and comfortable. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire cleaning. Dr. who performed my exam, was also excellent. He was friendly and approachable, and he took the time to listen to my concerns and address any issues I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I felt confident that he had my best interests at heart. The office itself was clean and modern, and the equipment was top-of-the-line. I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my visit, and I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that the staff exhibited. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Vital Dental Center. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the care I received was top-notch. "Everything about my experience was this office was as good as you can expect. My initial call was answered quickly. I was told Gabriella would have to call me back. I was surprised to get a call back very quickly from Gabriella. She took my information, answered my questions and called my insurance carrier and got back to me all within an hour. I found Gabriella to give exceptional customer service on the phone and in person. I was scheduled for a cleaning the next morning. Upon entering the office I immediately felt like I was in the right place. I was called in for my appointment right on time. The hygienist Adriana was .communicative, thorough and competent. She explained everything to me in my x-rays and exam. I was advised and asked about additional services which I purchased based on the explanation and lack of pressure to buy them. The Dentist came in for the final exam, Dr. Emily Hardin came across very competent and perhaps the best chair side manner that I have ever experienced. I do like taking care of my teeth BUT honestly I am not a fan of the Dentist Chair. I was very happy that Adriana and Emily listened to my concerns and worked around them to ensure a great experience. In closing if you are in search of a new Dentist try this office in Pompano Beach."
