"I am a retired dentist from University of Pennsylvania. Upon my return for the insert of a my crown. I was there for over 1 hour and the crown didn’t fit. The bite was not working. Instead of taking a new bite or impression he seemed not to know what to do. After over 1 hr I told him to put the temporary in with the open contact because I was starting to feel a lot of pain from his taking the crown in and out so many times with the same result. It was a terrible experience and will go to another dentist after giving the office over $1500. I have put in over 20,000 crowns and none have taken over 30 min and most were inserted in 15-20 min. I have no idea what he was doing since the bite was off and never corrected after over 1 hour. Wow I ran"
