"New to the neighborhood, we were happy to find a dentist so close by. I had my first appt last fall, and it was fine. However as my six month appt approached, I got at least 5 calls asking me to come in earlier in the day. I told them I wasn’t able to come before my appt time. Then I got a text. Then I got another call just hours before my appt, where I was told “jeeze we just had an appt cancel and so you would be our only appt today, so could you please come in earlier or reschedule.” Nope. Obvs just going to one of the other million dentists in town."

"Dr. Madrigal and staff were so kind and professional. The office is super neat and clean and everyone makes you feel welcomed! I was a nervous wreck but Dr. Madrigal took her time to take care of me :)"

"I shopped around for various dentist offices before finding Dentists of Boca Village. I was amazed by the number of practices that never got back to me. Some did, but failed to follow up to schedule the initial appointment. Just poor customer service, so I kept searching. What a breath of fresh air to have found this practice. The customer service is outstanding. They got me and my son in same week! Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was outstanding in their care delivery. The technology was amazing. I especially appreciated that they could scan my teeth for a new night guard rather than old-school impressions. They used the pictures to teach me how to take better care of my oral health. I work in healthcare and patient education is frequently overlooked. Not here, they took the time to teach me why I needed to change and what to do differently. I’m used to taking my 5 year-old son to a pediatric dentist, but brought him here instead. Again, more teaching for him and myself about about to do better and what to expect next. The dentist was 100% hands on. That never happened at our last office. You can feel confident bringing your kids here. My son felt totally comfortable and actually enjoyed the experience. My only recommendation would be to hand out stickers and kids size toothbrushes - kids love that stuff! This office is on the cutting-edge in delivering oral care. They offered me preventative treatments I didn’t even know existed. They all have a strong “why” behind their work. This isn’t just a job for this team. They care about their patients’ health and give options to preserve your health. I rarely write reviews, but this team knocked it out of the park. Keep up the outstanding work."

"There are people who go to work and then people who actually do the work and clearly enjoy what they do. I came in for a dental crown issue among other things. Keep in mind I had never been here before and it was my first visit. Not only was I met with compassion and kindness, but the professionalism and understanding was beyond expectations. The amount of time they took to take care of me and my concerns was outstanding. Not only had the staff created a map outline of treatments but they had taken the time to answer all my questions and actually explain what’s going on and the options/potentials of what needed to be done. They also took into account future goals. That being said if you’re looking for a dentist, this is the one. If you want to see what a cohesive, fun, friendly, and knowledgeable staff looks like it’s going to be the Dentists of boca village."
