"i would give this place a higher score if i could! the dentist and support staff are super friendly, gentle & honest. i had about a week and a half left on my insurance before i lost it and they got me in and took care of all my dental work in a super timely manner. they laid out all of the pricing and made sure that i understood everything. they try to do everything in order to avoid pulling teeth because as the hygienist explains “theres nothing like your natural teeth”. i will no longer have health insurance unfortunately so i inquired about their out of pocket pricing and it is super affordable! i would reccomended this place to any and everyone. they were even able to get me in same day and put me into the schedule and get work done quick. this place makes me no longer scared of going to the dentist."

"After refusing the $480 "deep" cleaning that my insurance did not cover, the dentist used a waterpik on my teeth for about 2-3 minutes and called it a day. No scaling or scraping. I've never received such an inadequate basic cleaning. Teeth did not feel clean. Can't recommend."

"I have a system/process in place that if lots of dental work needs to get done usually will hold off until the beginning of the year when my new benefits kick in. Well, this was not the case last year. Decided to go to a local dentist in Pembroke Pines that advertise a lot in the local community flyers/magazines and this time had the best plan that was being offered by Company which by the way is worldwide, so the benefits are very good. End up having to increase my credit with Care Credit to take care of all the work that needs to get done and just to let you know I had to create an account with them at another local dentist in Pembroke Pines (rip off). So all the work was done, and now I have a high balance with Care Credit and max out my current plan. Now its the new year, and since all the work was completed, I selected the lowest plan offered since I had all the work completed. The office had a turn over with a new dentist, and she did her evaluation, and to my surprise, I needed to look more work couple thousand. I expressed my concern since I took on additional debt last year and now I still need more work. At this time I decided to get a second option and keep t this point I have the lowest plan where I end up with a corporate structure type of dentist run by a head office and all the staff is employees including the dentist who went thru the process x-ray and all and gave me a bill for a couple of thousand again, but this time it was different than what was quoted at the other dentist different tooth number etc. At this point, I felt like I was being scammed. At this point, I was telling my story to anyone who would listen, and that’s where a co-worker recommended 3 Lakes dental Center at this point I was willing to get a third quote and match up which tooth needed work, but the only pain came about when eating chicken wings, so I knew something was not right somewhere but did not think it was major. Setting up the appointment was quick on a Saturday, verification of insurance a breeze and now to whats needed just a deep cleaning and replacing a filling. Wow, that’s it and had to sure the quotes that I received and her being a professional did not bad mouth the other offices but just moved on to getting me squared away. Just honesty is hard to find. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
