"I was referred to Dr Firic by his Penn professor. He highly recommended him as one of his best endodontic students. I needed to find an experienced specialist who had the skill to save a $2000 recently installed crown. Root canal work can be a tedious, painful experience. With this in mind, I fortunately found a master of his craft, who also put me at ease with his friendly caring personality. I experienced no pain or discomfort after the root canal. The biggest surprise was a tiny filled in hole on the top of the crown where he did the procedure with the help of a microscope. It was 8:30 am and little did I know, he answered the phone. He then triage my husband over the phone. "Dr. Tulcan and her office staff are warm, professional and AWESOME! What an absolutely pleasant experience! My 11 year old was filled with anxiety after an accident which called for a root canal. Dr. Tulcan explained everything to him before and during the procedure. He was SO thankful and happy after the procedure! The staff was amused! I had an issue with my credit card afterwards and the staff was patient as I straightened it out. I wish I'd went directly to the referring dentist who sent me here before I'd gone anywhere else!
