My dentist had sent me to another periodontist who was competent, but I hated his office staff--totally rude and treated me as though they were doing me a favor to treat me. "Dr Pechter is amazing! I saw another periodontist who wanted to extract 8 of my teeth instead of doing the surgery to clean my gums. He said the surgery was useless and wasn’t going to improve the health of my gums. Well! He was wrong! Dr Pechter did my surgery and extracted my wisdom teeth. Today I went back to the old practice for a cleaning and they were amazed and said Dr Pechter did an amazing job. So thank you Dr Pechter for saving my teeth, my health and happiness."

"I rarely write reviews not being much of a social media person, but I MUST, I mean I MUST, write a review for Dr. Stu (Pechter). Experiencing quite the ordeal with another periodontist, who did not explain the gum graft procedure or post op instructions well, seemed to be in a rush and not take the time to do a thorough review and consideration of my particular issue, it, of course, ended with a poor result. This led me to Dr. Stu's office. He meticulously reviewed my issue, took all solutions into consideration, and chose to break it down into two, separate procedures, ending with a fantastic and beautiful result. With his nimble, careful fingers and thorough, patient approach, my gums (and thus smile) haven't looked this good in years. NO discomfort at all, during or after both procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Stu to anyone needing oral or dental surgery. His measured, careful, conservative, and mindful approach will leave you feeling completely taken care of and supported throughout the process. And, his staff is one of the best medical staffs I've encountered in my years of going to doctor's offices. They are efficient, clear, helpful, and kind at all times."
