"I went in and was told I was having an "irrigation and scaling" done when I thought I was going in for a standard cleaning. They said this treatment had to be done because I have "gum inflammation" and said I couldn't get a cleaning until it was complete. (Im 30 yrs old, brush with an electric toothbrush, floss, and water pick) I insisted I did not have gum inflammation/disease and finally they agreed to "re-evaluate." At that point in time they stated I no longer need any kind of gum disease treatment and they would only polish and fluoride my teeth. I told them I wanted someone to clean my teeth, not just polish and they refused, stating I had one of two choices- 1) the treatment for gum disease or 2) a polishing with fluoride. I again stated I wanted a standard cleaning, along with polish and fluoride and the refused. What kind of dental office is this?"

"I went in frightened- I left the visit reassured! Everyone was great. Kind. Patient. Selena did my full xrays/scans without any discomfort. THEY LUSTENED TO ME! What were my wants, needs, goals. Offering the best solution! Excited about them being my forever dentists!"

"I went in because I was experiencing pain, I was told I needed a filling. I was willing to pay out of pocket but felt so pressured at the end into getting a cleaning and it seemed like unnecessary things just to get money. Writing this because I felt very uncomfortable and nothing was done to help me. Important to pay attention to reviews that state a business is just out for all of this $. To my knowledge fillings are a couple hundred bucks I was notified that this business attempted to get a 10,000 plus loan for services. I was told nothing like that would be done unless i signed for it but never did or agreed to any of that. Super disappointed and disgusted and will steer clear of places like this. Hopefully this will help someone else in the same position."

"Paid over $15,000 in May 2023 for a set of dentures, upper and lower that do not fit. After 9 mos. of wearing temps, I got my permanent dentures a month ago that do not work together. Every time I bite down on the left, it hurts. I have to put the temp bottom in to work with the permanent uppers! They do not hurt. The people are very nice but the quality of dentures are terrible. Will be going back in another 2 wks but do not know what else they can do. If not satisfied with anymore scraping of the denture, will see if I can get half of my money back. I believe the quality of dentures is terrible and in about 5 yrs, if that, will have to pay another $15+ thousand dollars which I cannot afford. This is a rip off. Have no idea how the other work they do...fillings, etc. are, but would never recommend this place for any dental work....especially dentures. I know people who have had the same thing I have had done at their own dentist years go, and the teeth look beautiful and they never, ever had any problems. However, the workers there are very nice."
