"Waited over an hour for my appointment. Rude doctor. Check the red flags of dentist office, hit 2 of them. Old equipment and want expensive treatment day one. When I asked if “as the patient, don’t I have the right to decline treatment”. The dentist told me “no”. As a patient, you always have the right to decline treatments"

"I went to this office for a check up and cleaning as I was new to the area, I got a check up but did not get my teeth cleaned. They just took x-rays and did some measuring of my gums and wanted me to come back for some procedure I’ve never heard of. They over charged me for what they did do, and I paid what they charged me and I got my explanation of benefits from my insurance showing what I should have paid and what my insurance paid. So I went back to the office for a refund and I’m still fighting to get my money back. They say they haven’t received payment from my insurance, my insurance company has the canceled check from Nov 17, 2023. This office is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t recommend it."
