All the staff (office manager and assistants) were very friendly, diligent and made us feel very good. But who deserves a special mention is Dr. Ilya Lapin, who explained the entire process to us in a kind, calm and professional manner. As soon as he started speaking I knew my daughter was in good hands; and seeing him work with such aplomb makes one trust him completely.
