We went over my treatment plan with different options. I referred my whole family to this place. The doctor was patient and gentle when working on me. "I Do NOT recommend this dentist! INCOMPETENT!. As for earlier reviews,Geneese, the former mgr. Is gone, as of this week! . She held the place together! 1. Dentist left filling material between my teeth, which hardened and feels like food stuck between my teeth. Asked dentist to fix that on next visit. He did something, but didn't address the problem. I still have it. 2. My crown fell out within days. 3. Offered me a stainless steel crown when I said I couldn't afford a 2nd one at the time. It cost $750, about 1/2 the cost. I thought "Great!". Didn't tell me till it was done that I need to replace it ASAP!. Made appt for permanent crown months later. On the phone the woman couldn't locate in notes where the stainless steel crown was applied. I finally said "does it matter? You'll see when I come in. " I arrive for appt today. 1st, the dentist comes in with no beforehand briefing of why I'm there. Woman enters, and proceeds to give him misinformation about my history, I interrupt and correct her. She's saying they took an impression and mailed me the crown ( as we did for the 1st crown). I say, that's a different tooth, that's all set. She continues and tells him the exact same wrong info! I tell her her notes are incomplete. She then keeps saying " ! Are you going to let us do our job?"I said "I had to interrupt because you're telling him the wrong info. The proof is in my mouth. Look, this tooth, with the stainless steel crown. Show me in the notes, where it says you installed it! Are we going to do this crown today? She repeats about doing their jobs and says are you going to let us reschedule you and do our jobs?" 'Reschedule me?" I thought. I'm here.I made this appointment to get the permanent crown done and told you you that at the time. I then said"bye-bye. I'm going to another dentist!.""

"I love love love coming here for all my dental service’s. Very professional and welcoming. Genise and her staff goes above and beyond to ensure a safe procedure and make sure results are to your liking. They also are very good at saving your teeth instead of pulling them!! Highly recommend!"
