"Take a look at how many 5 star reviews they have. There's a reason for that. Marketing, fake reviews, ECT. These are not all from people who had good experiences. It is a corporate run office. I went in for a cleaning, and walked out told I had tons of cavities and needed a root canal. My insurance even said "HOLY SMOKES - THEY CHARGE A LOT FOR ROOT CANAL"! So yeah, they charged me for the x-rays to perform the root canal, the crown, the post, basically everything that they could itemize separately, they did. Even the insurance said that they should not have charged me for the X-ray as it should be part of the whole root canal process. They also charged me for a crown that they did not deliver, according to the insurance. I'm not sure even the truth of what's going on because I was told one thing in the operating room, and then one thing on my treatment plan, and then one thing on my bill. Then when I go to question them about it I'm on the phone for 20 minutes listening to how they tell me it works to Bill people. I didn't call for that reason I called to have my bills sorted out and get their explanation. The lady even said to me on the phone - whoever presented your treatment plan did not present it to you correctly. She asked me more than once who presented me my treatment plan. They don't even know who presents treatment plans or can get them straight. All I know is that after I've gotten these fillings on my teeth feel odd when I eat. I have a conflicting job that makes it very difficult to get in contact with them, hence why they don't want to speak through email - because that is solid proof of things that they promise or said. All I know is that when I came there it was all glitz and glamor, extremely nice people who smile in your face and give you the whole run around, only to find out after you get your work that you were completely scammed and way overcharged. I'm even questioning the work that they did on my mouth as well. I don't feel comfortable that they did a good job and I won't have issues shortly. Definitely 100% I would never go back. I even declined the cancer screening during the cleaning process and was charged for that as well. Now today when I want to go down in person to speak to them I'm the only day that it's possible for me, they close at 12:00. I would avoid these people at all costs. EDIT - I AM NOT ASKING TO DISCUSS MY HEALTH ON PUBLIC FORUMS. I AM DEFINITELY NOT CALLING YOU, I WILL BE COMING DOWN THERE IN PERSON FOR CRYSTAL CLEAR EXPLANATIONS, WITH MY HUSBAND PRESENT AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON MY PHONE. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS OFFICE. DON'T CHOOSE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR NEEDS, IT IS ONLY THERE TO CONFUSE YOU, LIE TO YOU, AND CHARGE YOU TRIPLE THE COST. I WILL POST THE CHARGE FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR ROOT CANALS. THIS IS A SCAM ARTIST OFFICE."

I also received a call from very helpful staff to confirm my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and checked in quickly. I had no wait time for my appointment. My dental hygienist (Carlos) was helpful and knowledgeable. The dentist Dr. Urena was warm, welcoming and kind. Both took the time to sit with me and explain processes. Front desk staff also confirmed all expected out of pocket costs prior to any work commencing. The people are wonderful, the services are thorough, and the facility is clean. This was all based off of my initial appointment, but I am hopeful for future visits to be similar!"
