"1 star on Yelp because you can’t fake reviews on Yelp like you can on Google. Yelp removes fake accounts and bogus reviews. Trust Yelp. Absolutely HORRIBLE. They’re only focused on upcharging and billing, constantly pushing unneeded treatments so they can add to your bill. The regular cleanings are worthless and rushed, basically ensuring you’ll have dental issues down the road. I was told my insurance would cover treatments, then ended up being billed for them. Stay away from Sage, especially West Boca. Support local owner/operator dentists, not these corporate cons."

"Highly recommend Dr, Spechler! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Spechler and Sade (Dental Assistant ) were amazing. provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal with another office. Dr. Spechler took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Absolutely no complaints. The office staff was pleasant and Dr Spechler was gentle and considerate. Might I add I’m scared of needles I did not feel one once of pain during the numbing process. I actually thought I was being pranked She was already done when I thought she didn’t even start! That says a lot! The entire Team was Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Spechler is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. she is a perfectionist! She is friendly, compassionate and very professional. Very calming, as well. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but I know I’m in good hands with Dr Spechler and her staff. Thank you to Dr Spechler , Sade and the entire team. This has to be the best place ever! I feel like I have known everyone there for years and they truly make you feel comfortable I never thought I would say this , I Can’t wait for my next visit! I am forever grateful. Every time I look in the mirror I will smile and say Thank You. A special Thank you to Sade, For all the laughs and for making me feel very comfortable in my worst state of anxiety being at the dentist. You are truly a gem. Thank you again."

"I agree about others that say these people are all about taking your money. I had my tooth extraction with Dr. Alexander Margolis. After paying off everything the day of the procedure, I got a bill. I called my insurance and they said sage charged me for the same thing twice. They refused to call my insurance and I had to get documents from my insurance to show they were not suppose to charge me so much. No one followed up and called me. I called them and the operator tells me I was charged for a bone graft which I know nothing about, she claimed it was discussed but I have no clue and it’s news to me. Literally the day of the consult they tried to have me do the extraction the same day claiming the surgeon was so busy but he had an opening the next week. That was suspicious to me he was trying to extract my tooth the same day we met. Beware, they refuse to call my insurance and rectify the issue"
