They take your documents and start working on them only after a month or so and after you call 5 times and tell them everything you think about them. And after this they will do 50 % of what they promised you initially... oh yeah every time you speak with them price will change.... also after they file your tax return you'll be waiting for months and months because they do PAPER MAILING!!!! ITS 21ST century!!!! Paper mailing taxes takes way longer but they won't give you a choice. Dont be fool dont trust these folks..."
