"I had done my taxes here since I started being able to but I switched this year. They have gotten money hungry and won't help the customer out. I help my mom out by bringing her to do her taxes and they gave her a 50% off coupon this weekend. When we went to file they said it was expired 24 hours after it was sent out and they refused to honor the coupon even though it had no expiration date. After that the tax preparer said it is what it is and we both left without doing our taxes if you send out a coupon with no expiration date don't say it's expired. H&R block does $55 tax returns go there!"
