The clinical staff, Rene and Helen, explained what they were doing and made adjustments for my comfort throughout my exam.They worked together seamlessly and were savvy in their care. Laura and Allison at the front desk are warm, friendly and truly patient. From my first phone call they both put me at ease and made me feel welcome. The office is comfortable, with attention given to detail (love the clouds on the ceiling lights in the exam room). Dr Millward is truly professional, kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a manner I could understand. He outlined all my options so I could make informed decisions. He also made his professional recommendations; and detailed the benefits and possible drawbacks of all my treatment options. I’m looking forward to my cleaning at my next visit to Millward Dental. "Dr Millard is by far my favorite dentist, and I've been to a few. He's extremely knowledgeable and is thorough in his explanations of what's going on with my teeth. And best of all he's conservative and does everything in his power to not drill into a tooth that doesn't absolutely need that. Alyssa is a wonderful tech! She's a great conversationalist and is very gentle while making my teeth sparkle. Laura and Allison up front are such sweet ladies who always make me feel welcome and cared for. "Dr. Millward and his staff are phenomenal. It starts with the front office and applies to everyone who works there. Rates are comparable with other providers in the area, but the service is exceptional. The staff are friendly, professional and pleasant to be around. From the initial evaluation to the cleaning I had today, I felt they had my interests at heart. We discussed problems areas: my lack of consistent flossing and age related deterioration, etc. No unnecessary procedures were recommended. I highly recommend this practice."

"The staff at Millward Dentistry have got to be the kindest people I have ever met. If I could give this business 20 stars I would. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Laura at the front desk who was nothing short of wonderful offering me water and making sure I felt comfortable with it being my first visit and all. Once I was met in the waiting room by my dental hygienist Alyssa and taken back to my room I realized just how wonderful this place really is. Alyssa took the time to listen to my medical and dental history making sure to ask about any sensitivities and or trouble areas. When it came time for my X-rays she was so patient with me since it can be hard for me to hold still and a few were blurred and we had to retake them, she never once made me feel bad about it and when it came time for my cleaning she was extremely careful with my gums since they tend to be sensitive and took extra time to help show me how to better floss around my permanent retainer. All throughout my visit with her we chatted about our lives, significant others and most importantly our mutual love for Taylor Swift. Once it was time for me to see Dr. Millard I was honestly excited and he was beyond expectations. Not only did he take time to review my medical history with me and ask questions pertaining to each of the answers I gave on the sheet but he also took the time to talk to me about my future career as an EMT and gave me some wonderful insight. While going over my X-rays he was very helpful with explaining anything that he say that I should be aware of and did an excellent job answering any and all the questions I threw at him. Overall I’m beyond thankful for the wonderful experience I had here today and am about to type something I never thought I’d say. I cannot wait to go back to the dentist"
