"It's been a long journey to find a good dentist. Short version how i ended up here, I was told I needed a root canal by a Dr Shin a few years back. Thankfully he couldn't do it before I left for a snowboarding trip. So I saw a Dr Caissie to do it. Turns out. I never even needed one! I explained to him I'm never going back to my Dentist can he suggest one. He suggested Dr Efrain. And I'm so glad that he did. He, like Dr Caissie is someone you can trust. He doesn't believe in unnecessary procedures just to make money. I have some minor cavities that he's been watching for years. But explained if it doesn't get to the pulp there's no reason to drill. With proper care they may never get worse. And they haven't. It was a little off putting when I first met him..I thought, who's this high school kid introducing himself to me lol? But despite looking so young, he's good at what he does, his bed side manner is impeccable. Which is pretty important IMO. You don't feel rushed and he will take the time to explain things to you. In an emergency they can fit you in quickly, the office staff that checks you out are cheerful and a delight to talk to, and the hygienist they have there is amazing and also just as friendly and does an absolute fantastic job. As a bonus the office is extremely clean, and modern.. with a few nice touches, sparkling waters and espresso machine for customers. My wife also has a TLDR nightmare story of issues finding a good dentist. I talked her into coming here and she's been returning ever since."

"It was my first visit with Dr. Plaza and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Plaza explains treatment plan very carefully, including what he understands would be in order of importance to begin with. They provide a coded color copy of the plan which is very helpful for me as the patient. Technician whim performed cleaning was very thorough and delicate. Office staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!!"
