"I wasn't to happy with Dr. Horvat. Not only did he cancel my appointment once but he tried to second time. Meaning it took well over two months just to get in. Not only that he accused me of being a substance abuser. When I've never done anything like that in my life. And instead of starting treatment he wanted me to remove a tooth that doesn't cause me any discomfort. I believe its because he doesn't see me as a patient. Or doesn't want to bother with helping me."
