"This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life. I arrived late at night on Fri, 02/09, and was given room 302. The room looked fine with no issues. But as I was putting my things away I slipped and almost fell. That is when I noticed there was water on the floor in the small corridor between the closet area and the fridge. I thought the leak was coming from the fridge, but when I looked at the closet area that is when I noticed a huge puddle of water. Then I saw the water marks on the wall and when I looked up I realized there was a huge hole in the ceiling, completely exposed. I immediately called the front desk and rep Heather who checked me in told me they were fully booked for the weekend and that she wouldn't be able to assist me because there was no manager until Mon, 02/12. How could there be no manager all weekend, not even an on-call one? What if an emergency were to happen? I had nowhere else to stay, so I had no other choice but to stay in the room. We used several towels throughout the weekend as the water kept leaking. Oh, and the coffee machine gave me yellow water. There was never an offer for someone to come mop or cover the ceiling. These two things are health risks and I cannot fathom how such a room was given to a guest, much less an IHG member. When I returned from my trip, I had to call for 3 days before reaching a manager, Tony, on Wed, 02/14. I informed him the day prior I spoke with rep Jose who said he'd give me a full refund but it had to be approved by him. Tony said the best he could do was give me a discounted rate per night and 500 pts, which is nothing. I asked for a full refund and he said that was the best he could offer. He marked the case solved so not even Expedia could help. This is not what I understood was IHG's mission and I am extremely disappointed by this experience and how management handled it. No one should pay a single cent for such a service or room. I stayed here back in July and had a good experience so I booked here again, but after this I will never stay here again nor recommend to anyone I know."

"Hi, I am extremely displeased with the experience at this hotel. I was given a key that did not work initially, I returned to the front desk and was assigned a new key. This key indeed worked, but as I am walking into the what I thought was my room, my family walked and I walked in one another entire family in the room, their phones were charging and luggage visible. This was the most embarrassing and extremely awkward experience I have ever had. I immediately returned the front desk for a third time tonight, and was told my room was given to another guest and there was nothing that could be done about it. So instead of the 2 queen beds and sofa bed we ended up with a single king bed to accompany 6 people. I will never book at this establishment again and will also suggest to fellow friends to look elsewhere."

"Rooms are comfortable, both rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They offer dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from dispensers, and they also have dove hand soap and dove Lotion. Check-in was super quick, and they were super friendly. Location gets 4 stars because there is Publix nearby, plenty of food options, and anything else you might need, but it's also on a main road. As long as you keep your AC on, it'll drown out the noise. Perfect place for a one night stay. Breakfast was fully stocked and delicious. Who else would have 3D printed pancakes?"

"The front desk is really professional and courteous. I stayed here as a home for 30 days and there's a rewards account you can create to make your stay affordable. My family was please with the free quest breakfast and the staff in the kitchen area. Maintenance is really prompt and helpful should you need help with the room as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is in the area or from out of touch. Very safe place."

"Spent Halloween with friends and family here for a fun time. While on State Champanion competition event. Check in was easy with on-line check in. Staff members very interested in making sure our stay was successful and enjoyable. Thanks to the entire Holiday Inn Express team for making this happen. See you again soon."
